   HOME CARE

Easter Seals Home Care Services provide families with the best possible short- or long-term care for loved ones at an affordable cost while allowing them to remain secure and comfortable in their own homes.  The program services people of all ages from birth to older adults.  Home Care Services are supervised by a case manager and include assistance that helps people meet their basic personal care needs necessary for daily living such as:

• Bathing, Shampooing, Dressing, Shaving & Skin Care
• Homemaking - light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, prescription pick up
• Respite Care (planned, intermittent, short-term substitute care) that gives families temporary relief from the responsibility of caring for the individual with special needs

ABOUT OUR STAFF
Easter Seals' caregivers are selected and bonded through Easter Seals Northern Ohio.  All caregivers are supervised by managers and nurse supervisors.  Each individual is subject to an extensive background check.

We make every effort to keep the costs of our services affordable and within the reach of most individuals including those on a fixed income.  Reimbursement for services may be available through:

Fees are available by calling the Easter Seals Northern Ohio office in your area.  To assist those in financial need, we offer a sliding fee scale for families who qualify.
